Simone brings over fourteen years of experience in real estate, customer service, and a commitment to work hard and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. As a principal in a real estate investment group, he has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, and strategic planning for multiple real estate projects, and he knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved. His projects include renovation of commercial, multi-family, and residential and repositioning, tax credits, and abatements projects. Simone consults with real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors, and contractors to verify studies, plans, cost estimates, and evaluate real estate property and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or investor, Simone will assist you in every step in the process. He will negotiate, protecting your investment the same as he would his own. Simone has lived in the Richmond area for over 16 years and enjoys his family, hiking, traveling, food and the beach!
